Durability: Offers warrantable protection for up to 15 years on architectural aluminium.

Premium Architectural Selector

Best For: Prestigious residential, high-rise commercial (over 3 levels), and monumental projects where maximum longevity is required.
What’s Inside: This selector contains high-performance ranges like Duratec®, Electro®, and Fluoroset®. It features unique anodised-look finishes and ultra-durable solid and metallic colors.
Durability: Engineered for extreme weather and UV resistance, with warranties available for up to 35 years.

Industrial Colour Selector

Best For: Industrial applications, non-habitable structures, and projects requiring specialized finishes.

Technical Warranty Overview

The Alumi Shield™ Warranty is a benchmark in the industry, consisting of two critical components:

1. Durability Warranty: A guarantee of “film integrity,” ensuring the powder coating will not peel, crack, or flake.

2. Colour Warranty: An assurance that the finish will resist excessive fading and chalking over time.

Critical Technical Requirements

To maintain the validity of these warranties, the following conditions must be met:

Accredited Application: Warranties are only valid when the coating is applied by a Dulux Accredited Powder Coater.
Environmental Suitability:Standard Ranges:
- Only suitable for coastal environments greater than 100m from the high tide line.
Premium Ranges:
- Required for severe coastal or high-corrosion zones.
Care and Maintenance:
- A regular maintenance schedule must be implemented. For most areas, cleaning is required every six months; however, in coastal or industrial regions, this should be increased to every three months to protect the warranty

Final Color Approval

While digital charts are a great starting point, colors can appear differently on screens. We always recommend ordering physical powder-coated swatches from Dulux for final color matching and approval.
